24hourEDU Mortgage School is Approved in Florida and Joins FAMP

Widely known as the top mortgage loan originator and mortgage broker training school in Florida, 24hourEDU Mortgage School has joined the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals.  FAMP, as it’s known in Florida mortgage circles, has 7 chapters and over 1,500 members all over the Sunshine State from Miami to Jacksonville and everywhere in between.

As a FAMP affiliate member 24hourEDU will continue to expand its footprint amongst Florida mortgage loan originators and mortgage brokers.  The newly updated 2-hour Florida Laws Course is specifically tailored to fulfill Florida’s very specific educational requirements for individuals who wish to become a licensed mortgage loan originator. 

Other than the 2-hour Florida Laws Course the other major educational component to fulfill in obtaining your Florida Mortgage Broker License is the 20-hour MLO Mortgage Loan Originator Course.  Not only is this course required to obtain your Florida mortgage loan originator license, it is required in the other 49 states as well.  This means that individuals who complete the 20-hour Mortgage Loan Originator Course to obtain their Florida mortgage broker license will also be able to get their license in any other state, although a few states do have between 1 and 4 hours of state-specific training to complete in addition to the 20-hour mortgage licensing course.
