Refund Policy

At 24hourEDU.com, we are committed to providing products and services of the highest quality. Your satisfaction is our priority.It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are unsatisfied, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions noted below.

  1. Your purchase was made not more than 5-days prior to your refund request.
  2. You have NOT:
    1. Attempted any portion of the final exam
    2. Requested or been issued a certificate of completion
    3. Completed 50% or more of the purchased course

If you meet all of these criteria, you must submit your refund request in writing via e-mail to support@24houredu.com within 5-days of your course purchase, along with a receipt evidencing your proof of purchase.

Further, no refund will be issued for:

  1. Any associated national, state, and local mandated regulatory fees
  2. Failure to pass quizzes, final exams, or any other in-course assessment requirements within the allotted attempts (per course guidelines)
  3. Course expirations (per course guidelines)

Requested refunds that are approved may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account. Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method used during the initial purchase.

 

Course Reset Fee:  The 20-hour course must be completed within 14-days of the day a student starts the course (not the date of purchase).  If a student does not complete the course within the mandatory time frame they will be provided an option to pay a $44 course reset fee and start the course over again.
