Continuing Education Courses
Mortgage Loan Originators are required to complete continuing education courses each year to maintain their state license. 24hourEDU offers affordable online self-paced courses which are NMLS approved. National 20-hour MLO Pre-License training course
This is the core course required for earning an MLO license in all 50-states. Students have 14-calendar days to complete this 20-hour course. This mortgage loan originator NMLS pre-licensing course is structured to be completed within the suggested time period, however you can work ahead. Students are allowed to complete lessons anytime, day or night. All of the lessons in the course contain prerecorded, fully narrated video clips.
